The service
Blackwall Proxies provides dedicated private mobile proxy access on a monthly subscription basis. Each proxy is assigned exclusively to one customer. Credentials and setup details are delivered via Telegram.
Billing & refunds
All plans are billed monthly. We offer a 24-hour money-back guarantee from the time of purchase. Contact us on Telegram within 24 hours for a full refund if you are not satisfied. You may cancel at any time — no long-term contracts.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for how you use our proxies. You may not use the service for any illegal activity. We reserve the right to terminate access immediately for abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
No platform guarantees
We provide clean, dedicated mobile carrier IPs. We do not guarantee specific outcomes on third-party platforms. Platform policies change — success depends on your setup, usage patterns, and the platforms you access.
Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but the service is provided as-is. Carrier network conditions, maintenance, and factors outside our control may occasionally affect availability.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
